Find cool songs

#under10kpop introduces you to good, lesser-known Korean music. Of course, 10k is a symbolic number. It doesn't matter if it's 30K, 50K, or 100K. It can be independent music, it can be K-pop. It's important to introduce lesser known but good music.

In a world where 120,000 songs are uploaded every day, it's become impossible to "find and listen" to good music. The problem is exposure. How can we listen to music we don't even know exists? I want to play a small part in solving this problem.

Low Hanging Fruit composed of Kim Sung-joon (vocals, guitar), Moon Ha-yeon (vocals, keyboards), and Park Han-beom (guitar), debuted in 2010. They was formed with the hope of creating a team that would allow each member to get noticed. The band's name, Low Hanging Fruits, comes from the phrase "Take care of the low-hanging fruit first." It means, "Take easy things first.” It also means that we aim to make music that anyone can easily and comfortably listen to.

"Nal Sun" is an easy song to breathe and follow along to. The rhythm is casual and the riff is light. The lyrics are heavy. But it's positive. It's what you might call a "coping with hurt" song. The last line, "Every words you said Hurt me more and more but never ever last" is a steadying hand on a wounded and weakened heart. It's like a trusted friend. It's comforting and encouraging.

로우 행잉 프루츠 | 박한범(기타), 문하연(보컬, 건반), 김성준(보컬, 기타)

Why did you hate me
가시 박힌 맘
Why did you love me
잊혀지는 맘
Why did you say that
의미 없는 말
Maybe I know why
지나가버렸어
네가 했던 그 모든 말이
나에겐 그리 편하지는 않다고
사실은 힘이 든다는 게 맞겠지
하지만 멀리 사라져
Every words you said
Hurt me more and more
but never ever last
Every words you said
Hurt me more and more
but never ever last
